PDD - OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM The Unindustry, in partnership with Fundação Dom Cabral and CEDEM - Consultoria e Educação Empresarial, will be carrying out, during the year 2021, the “Management Development Program”, aimed at the entity's associated companies and other interested parties. In this newsletter we present the work proposal based on the FDC methodologies developed in projects of this nature, always with a focus on improving the performance and excellence of companies. The PDD - Program for the Development of Managers is a management training program, focused on training teams in the fundamental fields of management: Strategy, Marketing, Finance, People, Projects and Processes. The program lasts 112 hours / year. In this program we seek an integration between the contents of these six management fields, with an essentially practical focus and applied to the daily reality of companies and their managers. As a final result, we have in mind the improvement of management quality with a focus on results.
