People management: goals and challenges

"What are goals?" The morning of this Thursday, the 28th, began with a reflection on this theme. Goals, according to psychologist and coach Aline Miranda Dotta is to have clarity of what we want to achieve. This was the theme that guided the fourth edition of "Café com RH", a monthly meeting held at the Unindustry with professionals related to the human resources and personnel management of associated companies.

To achieve goals efficiently, Aline stressed the importance of maintaining a follow-up schedule to accomplish the objectives outlined. The table starts with the motivators, that is, what is important. In the sequel, the saboteurs, which is what others miss out on it. After, the values, that is, what is important and relevant to reach the goal; then comes the strategies, which are the actions and steps needed to get to the end goal, and finally, the resources needed. "As HR professionals, you should always think about what you want to achieve and what is the legacy of the industry you want to leave," said the speaker.

Throughout her speech, Aline quoted a well-known statement that clients will never love the company until employees have loved it before. Reflection, according to her, shows the importance of being attentive to the details, which often make all the difference. To do so, she has given some "neurodicas" that can be put into practice: dealing with the differences of others and learning to always take the best; to set clear goals (HR - company - employees) and maintain a mental focus, because the brain feeds on what we think and this makes the results increase by up to 10%.

Finally, Aline pointed out that it is very important that the change and goal-setting goal begin on our own. "Help yourself to help others, get better at improving others, adapt for others to fit in, and have the courage to have others courage. Get defied! Win the challenges so that others can win as well, "was what the psychologist suggested.
