He needs to have persistence, dynamism, management knowledge so that we can be successful in the face of so many difficulties. Even with all the obstacles, I understand that this is the only way we can make business work, "he said.
For him, the secret of success lies in the fact that the manager understands that it is necessary to work hard. "We need to work and dedicate ourselves exclusively and in a focused way to what we are doing. It is necessary to have organization and, of course, knowledge. Having these three fundamental points aligned, the enterprise will certainly be successful".
